About Conall Hoey

Conall, founder of Edge Performance, brings a multifaceted approach to rehab and performance as an Athletic Rehab Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach. He has worked with individual athletes and teams across various sports, including Track, Swimming, Rugby, Gaelic Games, and Football.

Currently, he partners with the UAE Rugby Federation to support athletes in recovery and performance. Educated in Ireland and the UK, Conall is committed to empowering athletes on their journey to peak performance. His goal is to bridge the gap between physiotherapy and performance, providing personalised support to help athletes recover, improve, and reach their full potential.

He holds a BSc in Athletic Therapy and Training, an MSc in Strength and Conditioning from St. Mary’s University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine, and is DHA-accredited as a Sports Physiotherapist in the UAE.

Conall’s approach emphasises practical, personalised support designed to help athletes return stronger, more confident, and with a competitive edge. His mission is to guide athletes through setbacks, support their goals, and foster strength both physically and mentally.
