How does the online rehab plan work?

Our online rehab program begins with a comprehensive consultation to assess your injury history and current condition. From there, we create a tailored treatment and recovery plan that spans a minimum of six weeks, ensuring you receive personalised care and support every step of the way.

What is the hybrid version of the program?

In our hybrid program, we meet in person for an initial consultation to assess your needs. Afterward, we develop a month-long treatment plan tailored to your recovery goals. This allows for a combination of personalised care and flexibility, ensuring you get the best of both worlds.

What does the in-person consultation include?

Your first in-person session (60 minutes) includes a detailed assessment of your condition, which may involve strength and mobility testing, manual therapy evaluation, and analysis of movement patterns. Based on these findings, we’ll create a personalised action plan to guide your recovery. Follow-up sessions are then tailored to your unique goals and progress, ensuring you stay on track to regain peak function.
